Assessment
A comprehensive head-to-toe evaluation of physical health, cognitive status, emotional well-being, lifestyle preferences, and financial considerations.

Family Meeting
& Planning
We meet together to ensure everyone feels informed, supported, and aligned—including a gentle review of advance directives and future care wishes.

Curated Community
Matching
Using your assessment, I identify communities aligned with care needs, budget, and personality—then send a clinical referral before any tours.

Guided Tours
(Never Overwhelming)
I personally attend tours with you—no more than 3 per day. After each visit, we process together what felt right and what didn't.

Decision
Support
I help answer final questions, guide decision-making, and advocate on your behalf—including negotiating fees when possible.

Transition &
Ongoing Advocacy
My role doesn't end at move-in. I remain your advocate—coordinating movers, organizers, and caregivers throughout the transition.
